The new High Street Opticians in Peebles is an independent family-run business and they take great pride in their large selection of eyewear for all ages, their friendly, professional and personalised service, as well as their prominent position on the High Street.

Style.

When he came to us by recommendation of Business Gateway, Robert had a very clear idea of how he wanted to frame his brand online and have its style reflect the clean sophistication of his High Street store.

Challenge.

Robert needed a website that would reflect his new brand and business, alongside the transition of the optician's premises on Peebles High Street.

TYPOGRAPHY.Headings & Body

Brandon Grotesque was designed by Hannes von Döhren and was influenced by the geometric-style sans serif faces that were popular during the 1920s and 30s. Brandon Grotesque has a functional look with a warm touch.

While the thin and the black weights are great performers in display sizes the light, regular and medium weights are well suited to longer texts. The small x-height and the restrained forms lend it a distinctive elegance.
